This unnamed boat has been exceptionally well maintained and was used as part of a reputable hire fleet. The boat has recently been repainted and a hull inspection was carried out in July this year, the report is available. The boat is powered by an Isuzu engine and comes with all mooring equipment and anchor.
Entering from the bow there is a large covered cratch area with a glass cratch board that provides storage and seating for up to six people. The seats can also be transformed into two berths if necessary.
The Lounge is bright and open plan with a dinette area and a four person sofa, which converts into a double bed. There are also two arm chairs, a Little Wenlock multifuel stove, television and cabinet under.
Going through into the kitchen there is a full size fridge, a sink/drainer, storage and a Calor freestanding cooker. There is also decorative shelving above the work surface. Opposite there is a side hatch providing more light.
The bathroom has a Mansfield pump out toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over.
In the bedroom there is a large permanent double bed with two wardrobes, a wet cupboard and an airing cupboard. Steps lead out through double doors onto the stern deck.

Plum Crumble is still brand new inside and has been hardly used by the present owner. The boat is powered by a Barrus 45 engine with an attached 3.5KVA engine driven generator. The boat has been blacked in June this year and a new propeller fitted, she also benefits from a Vetus bow thruster. There have been 3 new radiators and a towel rail installed which are heated by an Eberspacher diesel heating system.
Entering from the bow, which has a covered cratch area with seating and a glass cratch board there is a large lounge/dining room which is heated by a solid fuel stove. All the furniture is to be sold with the boat including two Stressless leather chairs, corner television cabinet, satellite TV system, granite topped table and leather dining chairs.
The ‘U’ shaped kitchen is very well equipped with built in oven, four burner hob, Panasonic microwave, white ceramic butler sink and an Indesit washer dryer. There is a glass display cabinet above the work tops, which are solid oak, and plenty of storage. The side doors offer plenty of extra light and have a Perspex fill. All crockery, etc is also included in the sale.
Carrying on through the boat there is a double bunk room with full length mirror, storage under the lower bunk and a dressing table.
Next door, the bathroom comes equipped with large shower, thetford cassette toilet and spare cassette, porcelain wash basin with cupboard under and extractor fan.
The master bedroom has a large double bed with drawers under, fitted wardrobe and dressing table with more storage over the bed. A radio/dvd player is also fitted in the bedroom.
Stepping out at the stern there is a wet locker and engine under the boards. The whole semi – trad area is covered with a pram style canvas which allows the boat to be driven whilst staying out of the weather. |

Top quality steelwork and professional fit-out by Stowe Hill Marine in 2001. Powered by a vintage, Gardner 2LW. The boat was extended, from 52ft to 64ft in 2007 by Whixall Marine. This beautiful tug has a solid feel to the well crafted steelwork. The fit-out with mahogany panelling gives the boat a very elegant interior. The further extension by Whixall Marine was done with only the finest timbers used to match the existing panelling. This 12 ft extension provides a utility area and bedroom and is covered in black canvas.
From the bow which holds the gas locker and steel water tank, there is long steel foredeck which is self draining and provides an ideal sitting or dining area. Twin deck hatches give access to the storage area beneath. Steel front doors open out onto the foredeck which are panelled and decorated.
Steps lead down to the utility area, with white sink, washing machine and storage cupboards, with cream worktop over. Internal access to under foredeck storage area lies behind the steps.
Walk through to the bedroom with Cross bed complete with bedside cabinets and footlocker. There is generous storage under the bed and the boat is heated by Finrad concealed units under lockers.
Walking through to the lounge
The lounge is 12' 5" with Houdini Hatch over and Lockers to Port and Starboard. Below the Gunwhales on either side of the room are built in cupboards, shelves with brass railing and on the left side a drop leaf table. Also at the end of the room is the Morso Squirrel Stove on a Slate Hearth and surround. Opposite this is the T.V. / HI.FI. Cabinet with a Pioneer Radio/CD player fitted with four surround speakers. Power is provided by 240 volt sockets.
The straight through 4’ Galley has a 4 cu.foot Electric Fridge with freezer compartment, shelves fitted at one side and a cupboard at the other. There is also a white enamel sink and drainer unit with gold taps. The Worktops are Cream Melamine with mahogany cupboards and drawers. The galley has a Vanette 4000/2 4 burner gas hob in white enamel and 7000 domestic sized oven and grill. The area is lit by a set of steel side doors either side with decorative panels, clear U.P.V.C. insert panels for these door openings are provided and stored in the Engine room.
The 4’ bathroom has panelled doors each end to ensure maximum privacy. The shower is a white suite comprising domestic sized shower tray. After the shower is a full height wardrobe, the washbasin is porcelain and sits on top of a large vanity unit with cupboard. There is also a Jabsco pump out toilet. There are two 240 volt power sockets fitted inside the wardrobe along with the shower pump which is fitted under removable base panel in wardrobe floor.
Engine room 8' This area houses all the main hardware for the functions of the boat, including Engine, Controls, Battery Charger, Battery isolation switches, Central Heating boiler and Victron Inverter.. There are a set of side doors on each side, these are steel with traditional interior panels and decoration. There are also clear P.V.C. insert panels provided. A vintage restored keel water cooled 2 cylinder Gardner 2 LW Diesel Engine with PRM 500/D1.5 Gearbox turns the propeller. The engine was fully rebuilt and has run for 2900 hours. The engine is controlled by a traditional speed wheel. A 100 Amp alternator charges the six leisure batteries. 240 volt power is via a Victron 24/2000 inverter/charger.
The engine room door leads to a traditional boatmans cabin, with traditional scumbling to walls and ceiling. Fitted with a 6' 4" single fore and aft bunk or a drop down double formed from the boatmans cupboard front panel. Storage cupboards above bed with Pioneer radio/CD player installed. There is a Premier multifuel Stove/Cooker to aft of cabin with full height wardrobe with double doors opposite. The calorifier with 240 volt immersion is under the bed and all boat and engine start batteries are under the bunk. Rear doors to aft deck and sliding roof hatch traditionally panelled and decorated. |

The bedroom has a large double bed with under bed storage and a wardrobe in the corridor. The bedroom leads out onto the back deck which can also be used for storage. |
