Our Viking Lady has been a great home to us for the past two years, now it is time to move on. I am pleased to offer you our black and cream beauty.
Mains plug in 240v giving 16amp. Woodburner. Water calorifier. CCTV and full time onsite engineer set in a stunning countryside boating community.
She is a 53ft T T M Tyler and can cope with 4 sleeping. Cosmetically she is a mixture of traditional and contemporary. All fixtures, fittings and gubbings are all brand new. We have fitted new water, shower pumps a new water heater even the kitchen sink! A brunel wood burner is installed for those winter nights.
Bedroom has a standard bed with a memory foam matress. Bathroom has shower, toilet and loads of storage. The sink is being replaced but the buyer may wish to select so will negotiate. Kitchen has gas hob and oven (new) wide one sided work surface gives loads of prep space making the cupboards massive with enough room to cartwheel in the kitchen. We have a futon sofa for reading, tv or chats. and enough room for a spot of storage on the entrance.
Engine oil is regularly replaced. 1.9 Beta Marine diesel engine.
A full safety certificate is included and she has only just been blacked. |
