A 2001 62ft 6 berth Alexander Boat Builders semi traditional narrowboat. Front lounge with fixed seating/double berth, TV/DVD, radio and cd player and solid fuel stove. Dining area (converts to double bed with dividing curtain). Galley with microwave, gas split level oven/grill/hob, fridge, Dyson vacuum cleaner, water filter. Bathroom with shower, WC & wash basin. Master rear cabin with lengthways double bed, toilet en suite and wash basin. Gas central heating radiators via Alde boiler. Water heating - calorifier heated by gas boiler and by engine. Pump out toilets. 12v lighting and 240v from Daka Combi Inverter. Detachable clear perspex panel for side door. Traditionally styled rear deck and front well deck. Rear and front cratch covers. Hydraulic bow thruster.
Complete external repaint, including signwriting in November 2008.

Hull constructed of heavy oak beams and mahogany planking.

This unnamed boat has been exceptionally well maintained and was used as part of a reputable hire fleet. The boat has recently been repainted and a hull inspection was carried out in July this year, the report is available. The boat is powered by an Isuzu engine and comes with all mooring equipment and anchor.
Entering from the bow there is a large covered cratch area with a glass cratch board that provides storage and seating for up to six people. The seats can also be transformed into two berths if necessary.
The Lounge is bright and open plan with a dinette area and a four person sofa, which converts into a double bed. There are also two arm chairs, a Little Wenlock multifuel stove, television and cabinet under.
Going through into the kitchen there is a full size fridge, a sink/drainer, storage and a Calor freestanding cooker. There is also decorative shelving above the work surface. Opposite there is a side hatch providing more light.
The bathroom has a Mansfield pump out toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over.
In the bedroom there is a large permanent double bed with two wardrobes, a wet cupboard and an airing cupboard. Steps lead out through double doors onto the stern deck.
The stern deck has more seating and a canvas cover, with engine located under the deck boards |

Classic Gentlemen's Motor Yacht, designed by Sidney N. Graham and built by Guy Shelley of Gosport, Southampton in 1936. This classic wooden crusier is powered by twin Ford 4D 4 litre diesel engines and has been lovingly restored by its current owner to retain many of it characteristic features.
The motor yacht has had an eventful past going from private ownership to being requisition by 'His Majesty's Goverment' in the 1940's to work as an Auxillary Partol Vessel during WWII. Duties included degaussing metal hulled warships to protect them from being detected by magnetic bombs laid by enemy forces in the waters around the British Isle.
The yacht accomodation consists of 5 berths through 3 cabins, including two toliets, shower with full hot and cold water system. Galley provides gas hob with oven and grill including 12 V fridge. Ideal river or sea boat with depth sounder, compass and naviagtion lights.
